eBay

Tried ending a listing that's been up for over 24 hours, but every time I click on the image of the item, eBay sends me back to the beginning of how to end a listing. Any suggestions? I've called them and they say they're having some kind of trouble,...

Cannot get esnipe to recognize eBay item numbers. Doesn't matter if I copy and paste or type in the item number. I've also tried starting from square one by resigning into both eBay and esnipe, with no luck.
