Paypal did the right thing and refunded my money. I now know that I
should appeal with eBay first. I also know that it’s a waste of time

In iphone at least, you can make the text size and other items as large
as you want. Should the the same on Android too. Also in ipad and iphone
every browser defaults to the mobile neutered view, unless you use
Chrome and select "view desktop site"....
