I don't know what ths item is. It was in the garage on the top shelf when we purchased the house. I've looked and I can't seem to find out anything. I assume it's a hitch something. Maybe a outter part of one???TYI

I have a 50 free listing items per month. It's still showing. I went to relist and it's showing a charge for my items? Is anyone else having this problem?TYI
