Customer wants to purchase item but have it shipped to father. Not sure how to process this.

I entered a shipment as 1st class, but now it weighs more than 1 lb.

Label has printed, ebay assumes it's shipped, and I don't know how to change shipment method. This is free shipping, so I have to figure the cost. Thanks.
