I had to refund full order lost product and shipping cost, the tracking
didn't move after 2 weeks and I was gonna get in trouble if I didn't
refund..I never sign up for this. I didn't know I opt in because I
didn't check.
etsy is actually much worse they refund within minutes without the
seller knowledge, or getting their side first been on etsy for almost 10
years, worse than ebay actually, because you can't rate buyers.
yeah it's always been that way, that's why I don't ship international.
now they push that ebay international shipping program and I had to
refund after 30 days. I will never ship to that country it takes 2
months to get there. been like that for a lo...
I refund because the tracking isn't working, it show ups invalid, that's
why this service suX. and people should opt out. I already told him to
wait..and he keeps asking again beside refund what else can I do the
tracking number on the service provid...
he kept asking where is it and why it's not moving the new tracking
number given by the 3rd party company or whatever didn't even show up in
their website it says tracking number don't exist.. that's why this
thing sux because their tracking don't up...
