POSSIBLE FRAUD

I was paid for 2 items, I rcd email saying the funds were sent to my bank account but the bank says the funds are not there

HELP EBAY ITEM NOT RCD AS DESCRIBED. FILED A CASE I WWAS SUPPOSE TO CALL EBAY YESTERDAY, I WAS GOING TO CALL AND THE CASE HAD SOMEHOW WAS CLOSED. I RCD EMAIL FROM SELLER ASKING WHEN THEY WOULD GET THEIR ITEM BACK!IS THERE ANY WAY TO CALL EBAY?THX
