HELP EBAY ITEM NOT RCD AS DESCRIBED. FILED A CASE I WWAS SUPPOSE TO CALL EBAY YESTERDAY, I WAS GOING TO CALL AND THE CASE HAD SOMEHOW WAS CLOSED. I RCD EMAIL FROM SELLER ASKING WHEN THEY WOULD GET THEIR ITEM BACK!
IS THERE ANY WAY TO CALL EBAY?

Are you saying YOU never returned the item? Or what exactly?
When you receive an item that is not as described, you open an item not as described case.
There is no reason or need to call anyone. Four days after opening the case, you return to it and ask eBay to step in.
Hard to understand why an eBayer with 2498 FB would not know how to handle this.
BTW, your caps key is stuck.

If you don't return the item, you don't get a refund.

If you do not return the item, you will not get a refund. The case closes automatically if not returned.
