Item sold on 4/25 @ ~7:45pm CST. This is well after normal business
hours. Buyer sent message on 4/27 @ 2:05pm CST stating the following:
The Mac mini was not able to be shipped out "right away" because it was
still going through cleaning and testing...
My initial reply to the buyer was that it wouldn't ship for another day
and the reply that I included from the buyer stated they wanted a refund
after it not shipping well within the time frame of what the listing
showed.
Completely understand the "no movement" but the label had only been
printed the evening of the 26th, after normal pickup times, so the buyer
was just rather impatient. When the label was printed, the Mac mini had
finished its post-sale, pre-shipment ...
And as I pointed out, the Shipping & Payments tab has that information.
That tab is there for a reason. Listings also have an estimated delivery
date right under the bid/BIN, so there was no excuse for the said buyer
to be so aggitated when it didn't...
When I originally read the message, I read as if it wasn't going to ship
that day, to cancel. When someone says "If you can't ship it out. please
send refund for I can buy one from somebody who can ship it out right a
way." I take that as refund me s...
