How come I don't always get a discount when printing my shipping labels through eBay? According to what I've read on their website, I'm supposed to get a discount whenever I ship through them. I only receive one when I ship First Class USPS.

I have a bidder that placed 2 bids on an item, but both bids are for the exact same amount - the initial listing price. How is a bidder able to place two bids for the same amount. There are no other bids on the item. I';m not terribly ebay savy yet. ...
