I don't see an option to schedule a Fedex package pickup, just UPS - is it drop-off only with Fedex?
Buyer has opened a case against me (seller) and we have arrived at a resolution. We agreed to a partial refund. It appears the only option under "issue a refund" is for the total amount. How do I issue a partial refund as we agreed? Thanks!
