partial refunds

My customer initiated a return for an item.  Meantime, he agreed to accept a partial refund and keep the item.  He stopped the return request.  I want to send him the partial refund but I don't see any option to do so in the order process.  He is uncomfortable revealing his email or cell #.  How can I get him the refund via Paypal?

Find this order in your "Paid and Shipped" list on the Order tab, use the little blue arrow pointed down which brings up a drop list of options, there should be one for "Send Refund".

is correct...

once you click that option, it will allow you to input the amount you agreed to refund....

the FVF and associated fees will be credited eventually too
