I can not invoice items sold on ebay motors. eBay states it is a vehicle and it can not be invoiced. I am sell tools not vehicles. I am losing sales and payments because of this. I am not listing under a vehicle category. I am listing under eBay moto...

I listed a tool on eBay motors in collectable tools. It sold and I can not send an invoice because eBay states it is a vehicle and I cannot send an invoice. It is a tool not a car or truck. Anyone else have this problem? How do I fix it?
