Is there a way to offer free shipping, but not to PR, AK, HI, etc.? I
still want to offer shipping to those places, but at a calculated rate.
I only see an option to exclude them from shipping.
I was provided no information about anything other than, "The item
doesn't match the description in your listing." several months later,
with the chargeback. They were not made to send anything back or respond
to any of my requests.
There was no return, or any dispute. I am trying to figure out a better
way to have handled this. I'm trying to get educated on how to protect
myself, along with all of you doing the same.
