When I go to add a bank account, I go through the correct process and
everything goes correctly with no errors, but when I look at an account
for "payout" my bank account doesn't show up? WHY?
There is no "edit", only manage and delete! The bank account on file
here on ebay has been closed. I have opened up another account and I
want to add it to ebay, but as I stated before, I went to add my new
account and everything went through correct...
