adding bank account not showing up in payments under selling

When I go to add a bank account, I go through the correct process and everything goes correctly with no errors, but when I look at an account for "payout" my bank account doesn't show up?

I just came from Seller Hub > Payments > Payout settings

I see my bank name and then the last 4 digits of my checking account number.  There is an EDIT link.

I suggest you click it and make sure to enter the routing number and then the checking account number.

Make sure the name on your checking account matches your ebay registered name EXACTLY.  It is much easier to change it on ebay to match the checking account name.

There is no "edit", only manage and delete! The bank account on file here on ebay has been closed. I have opened up another account and I want to add it to ebay, but as I stated before, I went to add my new account and everything went through correctly, even adding the routing was correct as well. I received no errors, yet my bank account fails to show up.
