eBay

As expected there are delays on this item it seems like India might be shutdown from mailing to USA. Originally it was expected on april 22nd. Will ebay extend the delivery time and how do I ask them to do that, or is a dispute the only option?

seller put textbook into a priority envelope sent as media mail and only charged for media mail, but the mail carrier said postage was due and it was the price of the whole auction bid and shipping so idk if i should just send back and request refund...
