How inconvenient for buyers to pay the whole order when they buy
multiple items from you and they can't request a total for the shipping.
They want to save money and I want to make a sale but yet Ebay doesn't
allow it...It's not ok to make the buyer ...
How can I fix or my customers' the "request total" on their cart. It's
either greyd out or doesn't allow them to request total from
seller...what's going on?
I have been having problem with this, customers trying to request total
and the option is grey, can't do it, so I'm missing out on sales becuase
they don't want to pay full price and not been able to combine invoice
for them..what's going on?
Last time I filled them 2017 I got a detail paper (1) with all the fees
and shipping fees, now it's impossible to find? I just need the whole
year 2018 and 2019 and don't need to see daily nor print 100 pages, just
one pages with all the info to give...
That's what Ebay finally told me...but it's absurd, everyone nowadays
are using mobiles phone to purchase items, it should be fixed already,
so frustrating that they are not updating their server.
Totally what happens. I tell the customers that I will refund, but
sometimes it's just too much money and they are skeptical. Sometimes it
makes me loose a good sale as well
