I sold an item on 3th March and sent it overseas- Europe-USA. On 5th of
March buyer opened return request as "item does not fit". I'll get it
probably after almost 2 months. What should I do?
Hello, I have a problem. Buyer opened a case about "item not received".
I sent on 8th October from Europe, tracking shows 22th of October
"awaiting for delivery scan" in Brooklyn. That's all. No more info since
then. Do I have send refund?

with seller". It is not about return shipping only, but he didn't refund
much more - second item's price and original shipping and no response.
