Unbelievable! Ordered 2 jumpers from Germany, condition described as "good". One was the wrong size, another one-defective, with hole and patched up, no photo with defect. Started return, sent back after communication with the seller. Seller sent me partial refund for only one item, no original shipping and no return shipping, as promised. To my question "where is the refund" seller responded with his own question"do you already asked Ebay to step in?" Of course, I opened a case. Customer service gave them 5 days more for return, when 10 days passed, when they received an item.

You committed a grave error @grgli and you will lose money. Your eBay policy here says:
If you have online-viewable tracking from your country showing delivered back to the seller, all eBay can do in the case is to fully refund the remainder of the item cost and original shipping.
Very sorry, but the return shipping is on you. You should have asked eBay to step in, when the seller did not pay for return shipping.

Thank you for you respond. Exactly, I used "other return method, agreed with seller". It is not about return shipping only, but he didn't refund much more - second item's price and original shipping and no response.
