Why is tax being charged on total purchase cost ( item price+shipping)
instead of just the item price?Is this required by the specific states
or all states? How can I find out what the tax requirements being used

Just an fyi to all you folks... until Ebay fixes their problem I have
been having some success with right clicking the link for the item
(hover over the item description & right click) and selecting "open in a
new tab". Most of the time it will work....

Hi,Had same problem. I use the Firefox browser. On Firefox tabs, went to
"Help", then "About Firefox".A download of the latest version started
and after restarting my browser can now see Images. Hope this helps.
