I sold a record to someone in Japan and the GSP placed a restriction on
it in KY.eBay has now told me that records cannot be shipped to Japan

I agree! I have been selling on eBay for about 25 years. This is the
worst thing they have ever done.First, my sales are almost zero now and
when I do sell something, I have to ship it before I get my money?!?This
is a shame. I think it could kill eB...
