All right, thanks for the info. I don’t fully understand all of this,
but if I’m in compliance without having to change anything in my
listings (which I assume I am based on what’s been said in this thread),
then I guess that’s what matters most.
Ah, I see what you’re referring to about the “sales tax may apply”

eBay posted about this a few months ago. (I haven’t acted on anything
yet just because I haven’t sold anything for a long time.) I haven’t
