100% agree. This change is so unhelpful. You can go to USPS here to get
the retail rate your buyer will see (I just did). 2nd worst change as of
late. #1 is still the 4 day offer window

didn't pass my free listing limit and noticed not only does my invoice
has insertion fees, but some of thise same items are listed as
"promotional savings" on my account activity ...
