sh0pgirl, thank you so much! This was driving me crazy this morning. I didn't pass my free listing limit and noticed not only does my invoice has insertion fees, but some of thise same items are listed as "promotional savings" on my account activity page....**bleep**.

FWIW, I agree with what you said about them adding "Make an Offer" to listings as well. I'll be sure to them let know when I give them a call to rectify this mess
