There are numerous posts about this issue, the 1st one i saw was on
8/17. The same happened to me as to u. Today I printed thru PP w/o a
problem. I think USPS is using the beginning letters UA in stead of LZ
for 1st cl int'l bcuz they ran out of LZ#'...
