Damage Claim is another word for absolute hell for both the Buyer and
Seller. Sold and shipped a 100LB radio, I normally use FedEx for heavier
shipments, this one was too heavy, packed the item pretty **bleep** well
as the buyer instructed, newspaper...
I am considering the Freight Shipping option for future shipments. Has
anyone had any better results with that? I still have a few 100LB radios
to ship!
