What is the best way to get a suggestion to eBay? I want to suggest to them that their sellers have a way to differentiate "shipping label created" from actually "shipped". It would surely be more informative to the buyers.Thank you.

Order placed, order cancelled, but then seller re-listed same item for 2x$.

Item offered for $12.10. I ordered item. Seller canceled order saying item was defective, but then immediately relisted the same item for $24.95. Is there an eBay policy against this?
