i purchased an item on the apr 5. seller cancelled the sale on april 10th ,said i would be getting a refund. it's the 16th, and i haven't seen or heard anything from ebay. ebay hides their phone number, so it is very fustrating trying to contact cust...

i don't sell things very often, i tryed to sell some things a few months ago, and i see it wanted my checking account info. i don't have a checking account right now. i use paypal. so am i forced to sell my things on other sites ?
