I got off of eBay for awhile. Came back, set up bank account. What happens to shipping costs if you have a flat rate and you ship for less money. Does eBay keep that or does it go into my bank account?

Using the current free 100 listings

When I Listed New Items They came out of my monthly 50 items not out of the free 100 Why? How can I list items that have ended using the free 100 items?
