Starter Store aand good til canceled

Hi, I have a starter store and ca sell 100 items without a fee. I currently have 124 items listed due to last months fixed price promotion. When Good Till Canceled goes into effect will I be charged for those promotional listings if I a over 100 items? I currently can list 90 more things this month.
