Hello, I have a set of items that are different sizes of the same thing.
I would like them to appear as a drop down menu where the buyer can
choose the one(s) they want. I am trying but I cannot seem to do it.

I gave up on the idea of an appeal about a half an hour after posting
this. It is not worth the frustration. Now someone here said $100 was an
expensive lesson or something to that effect. $100 is not expensive.
It's 2021, not 1812. Who cares about a...
BTW I tested the unit before listing and the meter worked and the lights
came on so I listed it as used without guarantee of everything working.
The buyer even said that only a part of it did not work.
Anyway that is why I am posting this, to fine tune my letter. I haven't
sent anything to anyone yet. But you do seem to think asking to speak to
the person handling the appeal is wrong. Isn't that the point of an
appeal?
