ebay customer service hangs up when they can't find an answer to a problem!!!

I waited on hold for over 40 min to get assistance with ebay policy changes when the CS rep could not find an answer to my question the call was disconected. not very proffesional!!! and not the first time. any one else have this issue?

sellers listing is misleading eBay knows it and still wants the buyer to complete the transaction.
