Getting Unpaid strike messages after Ebay messaging errors

I contacted Ebay about these errors as I don't have any unpaid strikes... Ebay rep says they are aware of the issue and are working on it... This has been happening for almost a month... Who do I talk to to get this fixed? Thanks.. SMJ
