I sold and shipped an item and the buyer after some time said it never
arrived, so I refunded them. Then a few days later they messeged me
saying the item arrived. How do the pay me now that the case is closed
and refunded?

I always got paid in a few days and no I would not ship until that money
was in my possession. These people at ebay expect me now to wait a
