So if I go to review my year of sales and scroll through my sales I see one sale that says I netted $349.56. If I go to that item page and click on "order details" scroll down and it says I netted $430.20. I then click on "see more details" under that and that page shows I netted $474.41. I'd like to know which one is the actual net I received. Thanks for shedding any light on what I might be missing here?

I agree with @mam98031 about keeping your own records but I think the best number in the ebay records for net earnings is the "order details" since it has deducted sales tax and the cost of the shipping label you purchased. The “see more details” does not subtract the shipping label you paid for or sales tax. I am not sure about the first number you referenced from the "year of sales". I think for the Form 1099 they include the shipping collected from the buyer but not the sales tax collected.

Go to your orders and click on the view order details and it should give you the breakdown of the selling costs and your net payout. My guess is the larger numbers you are looking at were before you purchased the shipping label through eBay.
You accepted an offer for this item so the final value fees, if you are not using promoted listings, would be based on ((item price + sales tax + shipping) + $.40) * .1325. Your payout would be based on (item price + shipping) - (FVF's + actual shipping cost)

your net earning is the amount you gained
this means-the amount you sold it for, less the item cost (what you paid for it) less all the ebay fee's, less tax, less the handling time & packaging materials, less the shipping cost. = final net gain.
in the above example you showed, the payout is $349.56 but there are more fee's, that's just what you were paid out after the sale. you have listing fee's and not sure if the transaction fee is deducted from that or not.
on your 1099 it may show $545, then you have to figure out the rest......
I just give it all to the tax guy and let them figure it out.

It is always best to keep your own records, independent of Ebay on your sales and your costs.
In Ebay they will ONLY catch the costs that you paid for in Ebay. Your other costs you need to track so you have them for tax time.
In Ebay you have Ebay Fees, Shipping costs if you use Ebay shipping and a Store fee if you have one. Your cost of product, shipping supplies, office expenses, etc., Ebay knows nothing about and you need to use those numbers in order to get to your Net taxable income.
Ebay has some great reports. Take a look at them and see what works best for you.
And look in the Left rail for more options.

Thanks everyone. The order earnings looks to be thew correct one. The see more details one shows less details and the first one I found a cancelled error lable that may not have been refunded at the time although I can't arrive at that number no matter how I try. Appreciate the input.
