changed... just the rules have changed to make it a safer, more "buyer
oriented" site.
Most suspected cases of shill bidding are NOT that... it is extrememly

The email doesn't mention any fees that you owe... apparently you listed
an item that was pulled for some reason. Since your located in the UK,
it might be best to ask on their boards:
