New Zealand buyer was automatically quoted $60 shipping. How can I calculate exact shipping when I don't have his address? Does ebay have "bulk shipping" to New Zealand through its shipping hub? Any suggestions would be much appreciated.

Is ebay shipping exclusive to items sold on ebay or can you use shipping service for personal use?

I was told by seller shipments with ebay generaged labels are automatically insured. True? Also, are UPS packages automatically insured or is insurance additional?
