I've been down this path before but, recently potential buyers tell me
they don't see the eBay offer that I've sent to them. I was told they go
to their Messages folder. Is this no longer true and, it goes somewhere

Where can the buyer find the offer when sent "Reply with offer" from a

If I list that I have more than one of an item, doesn't eBay charge the
shipping for each item purchased? Is there a way I can stop eBay from
charging shipping for each item other than a partial PayPal refund?

Thanks for the reply. However, the extra cost is not small. Instead of
shipping for $1.03, I would have to pay $4.85 to $5.05. I have three low
price items that total $21.50. I would reduce my profit by 50%. I'm not
