A customer just put in an order, it says, "ready to ship". None of my
items are ready to ship, I have a handling time of 10 days, how do I fix

Just an update, it somehow sorted itself, I guess after I remade my
shipping discount as it changed back a couple days after.I really hope
someday eBay can allow us to use promo codes for customers. As of now
they have the 15 percnt off tonight sitew...
I just made a new free ship promotion hoping it would override the
haunted discount, it didn't. Not sure if I'm stuck with this forever? If
my account wasn't so old I would start over at this point.

ugh thanks, I'm both glad and sad to know that it's not just our
