Where do I go to change the setting permanently so that I can change prices when the items are on sale. Where will I see the answer for this.

When I go into a listing to change the price....if it's on sale, it won't let me. Apparently there's a place I can go to make the change to that rule once and for all. Then it won't happen again. Can someone tell me where that is?

My domain is registered with Go Daddy. I just paid Start logic $190. Yr for website hosting. Do I even need Start Logic if my website address takes me only to Ebay. I don’t think I do. Doesn’t eBay host my pictures? Thanks in advance!

delivered but says it wasn't

Tracking says delivered to the door but she says it wasn't. She did say there are similar addresses in her apt complex. I asked her to put in a request and she said it wouldn't let her. What's my next move?

When revising a listing, is anyone having trouble with "saving". It says I have to uncheck the international sales box. I called in and they said that listing is "corrupted". That managed sales caused the corruption when I switched over. It's happene...
