Ebay received the payment and never deposited to my bank account.What is
the formal process to file a criminal complaint for such business
holding my payment received through a see for no reason ?
Ebay allows listing when the seller is not able to ship the
product.Seller spent a lot of time wasting on discussing the item, but
the item never got shipped.
