I sell an item. Get message from buyer that something is wrong with
item. Tell buyer to request refund and send item back. Then nothing
happens.So there are buyers out there that probably send a "something is
wrong" note for every item that they buy....
Way back I used to the 14 day return policy. At some point I changed to
30 day returns to get the top seller rating and discounts when the
policy changed. I do not want to offer free returns - I realize I will
lose the TSP status and discount - so wo...
When there are multiple photos to be uploaded, the loader gets stuck
after processing just a couple of them. Then you just get the spinning
circle and nothing happens. You have to X out all of the remaining
photos, submit the listing, and then go bac...
Thank you - in these cases, I message back the buyer, asking them to
request a return. But then the buyer goes away - there is no follow
up.(And I don't mind accepting returns - what I wish is for Ebay to find
a way to scour their messages for buyers...
