I went to change my communication preferences because I don't want to receive emails from sellers once the transaction is complete, and most of the drop down menus are greyed out. Why is that, and how to make them useable?

So far, no way to do it. I don't want to hear what else they have for sale and I don't want to review anything. Searching the discussion forums using the term "opt out" with quotes, gives only results without the term "opt out" in them. So my seconda...
