I have not gotten a saved search email in a week even though a manual check of the searches shows new items. Is this function working?

It appears that I am no longer receiving emails about new listings in my saved searches. I unsubscribed and resubscribed the email notifications plus tested the email address which appears to work. Any thoughts on how to get these emails reactivated?...
