broken distance search seems to be a worldwide ebay issue .. exactly same thing happening on ebay.com.au

have exactly same problem on ebay.com.au .. hide suggestions disappeared a month ago have tried many work arounds but all failed only thing that works so my own previous searches autopopulate is to use the Advanced search

same herebeen trying all morning to pay using my usual default paypal payment but it either fails (ooops something went wrong) or it makes me try to pay by credit card- cant click on paypal option - just wont let me ebay tried to help but nothing wor...
