How can I turn off offers? They clogged up my notifications and I have
no use of them. I rarely if ever utilize them as my watch list is not
used to buy as much is it is to watch trends and items to buy used for

ok so if the internal id is blocked its because they are on my bb list
and they changed their user id? im not going to argue definitions of
shilling but the bidding up in increments and then retracting should
have a better name.
I'll consider this option. I think this person is a chronic bid
retractor and I think they lied to me about it so. I'm not inclined to
allow them to bid. It seemed odd though that they didn't show up in my
