Shipped item, ground advantage thru usps. Item packaged very well. Item
arrived damaged. Filed claim with usps but will not let me include
shipping charges so I am out 12.75 when they damaged it.
Buyer asked question, I responded, they paid. I printed shipping label.
They want to cancel item. Ebay has already told them they cannot cancel.
It is Sunday and I have not shipped item yet. What do I do??
