Had several promotions that were to end last night but they are still

There's a seller I got ripped off by. He's scammed 22 people and
counting this past month. Thank fully ebay refunded my purchase, after
the tedious reporting process. This person (use term loosely), started a
new account and is doing it again. Tried ...
Have Chrome, never had any problems until today. They need to stop
updating things. If it ain't broke, don't fix it. Guess what ebay, it's
broke now, so fix it.
