@highlander_07 - We've been having issues with promotions for a few months now, but much worse in the last few weeks. We've seen delays in both starting and ending and even had one weekend where eBay kept randomly ending sales after only a few hours when they were scheduled to run for days.
I brought it up in the weekly chat two weeks ago and started a thread to document the issues, but that thread was moved to the Technical Issues section, so it may not have been seen by a lot of people here in the Selling section. I don't have any answers or resolution from eBay yet, but feel free to add your examples on the thread I started so we can document it for eBay support.
