Buyer demanded refund for item cracked when the items was listed as
cracked and ebay gave her the refund why ? It did not meet the guidlines
for a money back return for not being as discribed ITEM WAS DISCRIBED AS
CRACKED 75% of it? Yes when I wrote ...
This is on going with all sellers being FORCED to take back items from
buyers who do not want to pay for return shipping. EBAY allows the buyer
to lie. Ebay does NOT care they put it all on seller they want the money
and you have not other choice but...
I called eBay Support (3) Different times Yesterday Nov 19,(am /noon and
8 pm )all gave different reply . Asking me did you try different
browser, different computer, used the app. Also received scripted reply
"no one else has reported this problem" ...
